“You will find your place again,” that’s what I was saying to myself when Winter Garden Yoga found me walking by it’s doors. 

"Hi my name is Teresa I’m 47 I am employed as a dental hygienist. I relocated to Winter Garden one year ago last December. When the body is under more stress than it can take on it just stops, even breathing. 

Teresa's story is a testament to the internal effects of yoga. After years of chronic pain, Teresa found relief at Winter Garden Yoga.

"WGY taught me how to find my own breath again. With each breath I began healing internally soon after the external pain began to subside by incorporating functional yoga exercises Brian had me do at home along with weekly class work.
